Unless otherwise specified, any digital or downloadable products from this website including all of our programs are not returnable after purchase. Any physical products purchased from this website are not eligible to be returned or refunded, unless the product has been damaged in transit to the customer. If damage has taken place to the product in transit, the customer has 7 working days to inform the Feel Good Physio and must provide photographic evidence of the damage to be eligible for a product exchange. The Feel Good Physio reserves the rights to decide whether the damaged product is then eligible for an exchange based on the photographic evidence provided within the required 7 days, and the Feel Good Physio will not send out a new replacement product until the damaged product is returned. The Feel Good Physio will cover the additional cost of postage of the damaged product up to the value of $10.00(AUD).
If your product has been damaged in transit and you would like to return your product to be exchanged, please contact email@example.com with the photographic evidence of your damaged product, your name, delivery address and order number and we will be in touch as soon as possible to help rectify the situation.
Delivery costs are as stated on the Feel Good Physio website checkout page. It is the customers responsibility to check your cart prior to processing payment to ensure you are 100% happy with the contents of your cart including delivery costs. It is also the customers responsibility to ensure all their delivery details are accurate. The Feel Good Physio does not take any responsibility for the whereabouts of a product that has been sent to an incorrectly entered address, but will try to help the customer to track this item to the best of their ability. If you realise you entered the incorrect delivery address before the item has been sent, please notify the Feel Good Physio immediately to ensure these details are updated before the item is sent.
The Feel Good Physio will try to get your order to you as quickly as possible and aims to send all products within 48 hours of receiving the order, provided the order was received between 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, unless otherwise stated on our website or social media channels. For example, if the order was placed at 8pm on Friday, the order may not be sent out for delivery until the following Tuesday. Once the product has been sent for delivery it should be with you within 7 working days. Delivery to countries outside of Australia is not yet available.
All digital or downloadable products purchased from the Feel Good physio website will be emailed directly to the customer immediately after purchase. As stated previously, no digital or downloadable products are available for returns or exchanges.
