Do I get support when I purchase a program?
Yes! Of course!! Unlimited online support is available to you for the first 7 days after you purchase your program and you can contact us with your questions via direct message on social media or via email to receive this. For the remainder of your program you are entitled to 2 weekly support discussions. (More are approved at the discretion of THE FEEL GOOD PHYSIO).
We will endeavour to answer all direct messages and emails within 48 hours.
I am limited on time, will your programs be worth it for me?
Absolutely!! Our programs are designed exactly for this purpose. If you don’t have hours to spend in a Physiotherapy clinic then our programs are perfect for you as you can carry them out in your home, at a time that suits you.
What equipment do I need for each program?
Before you purchase each program you will see a list of required equipment in the program description. No surprises hidden here!
How do I access my program once purchased?
After you purchase your program you will receive an email sent to the email address you provided at our online checkout. This email will contain a link to download your program straight to your personal device. You can access our programs on smart phones, tablets, laptops and desktops. You can also print the program to use it as a hard copy. The options are endless!!
Do you ship overseas?
We don’t yet ship our physical products internationally. Please get in touch with The Feel Good Physio if you are having trouble getting hold of some equipment and we’ll do our best to help you out and point you in the right direction!
Can I receive a hard copy?
Sorry, no. Electronic copies of the program are sent via email once you’ve purchased it. If you wish to print the program yourself once you’ve received it you can. Please remember it is against our copyright policies to distribute this program to others, and your individual purchase should be for you only.

Can I cancel my order?
All orders are considered final at time of placement. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you have changed your mind or made a wrong selection by mistake.
