The Feel Good Ankle Sprain Rehab Program
Are you ready to feel good??
Recover from your injury at a pace that suits you and in the comfort of your own home! You can commence this program after the diagnosis of an ankle sprain and after your Doctor has ruled out any small fractures.
This program will guide you through the rehabilitation of the very common lateral ankle sprain. A lateral ankle sprain occurs when your foot rolls in, spraining the outer ankle ligaments.
It is a step by step and very easy to follow visual guide taking you through all the range of motion, strength and proprioception exercises to rehabilitate your ankle.
I have designed this program so you are able to take it at your own pace, as each person’s injury and recovery is unique to them. It may take someone that has a very mild ankle sprain only 2 weeks, but for a more severe sprain it may take 6-8 weeks.
